Key Responsibilities
- Represent the Nissan brand with professionalism, knowledge, and pride
- Deliver a customer-focused buying experience that exceeds expectations
- Work closely with Sales and Financial Services Managers to structure competitive deals
- Respond to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries promptly and professionally
- Conduct engaging vehicle product demonstrations and presentations
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through effective follow-up
- Maintain accurate customer and lead information
- Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations, including WHMIS standards
- Perform other duties as required
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous automotive sales experience is an asset, but not required
- Proven sales success or strong customer service background
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills with a goal-oriented mindset
- Highly organized with effective time management abilities
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and digital sales tools
- Willingness to learn and stay current on products, services, and market trends
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and Saturdays
- Valid driver’s license and OMVIC certification

Pay: $37,982.47-$150,000.00 per year
