Developing and implementing forward-thinking business change strategies, tailored to specific client needs, to drive strong adoption of new processes, systems and ways of working
Working in an agile environment, collaborating with a diverse (technical and non-technical) group of internal (PwC) and external (client) stakeholders
Supporting the development of tailored plans for change, in line with overall programme timelines, activities and milestones
Developing and supporting the facilitation of immersive workshops with our clients to help them ‘re-imagine’ the future of their organisation and understand what the changes mean for them
Undertaking or overseeing change impact assessments, business readiness assessments, and tailored process adoption initiatives
Developing and implementing robust communication and engagement plans to drive change at all levels of the organisation
Managing the transition of change for our clients - building change influencer networks, facilitating knowledge transfer and implementing support models
Ensuring the interests of programme sponsors are met by the project and programme, as well as supporting the development of approaches to benefits realisation
Leading other high-performing team members; displaying flexibility in using a range of influencing styles in order to build strong sustainable relationships whilst demonstrating the firm's values
