Overview
We are seeking an energetic and personable Server/Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in a lively environment, whether in a fine dining setting, nightclub, or banquet hall. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing an outstanding experience to guests through efficient service, beverage preparation, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is preferred, along with strong time management and sales skills. Prior food safety and food handling knowledge are essential to ensure compliance with health standards. Duties
- Take orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, adhering to recipes and safety guidelines
- Manage cash handling, cashiering, and processing payments accurately
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and ensuring satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, bar area, and dining spaces in accordance with food safety regulations
- Assist with setup and breakdown for events such as banquets or catering functions
- Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment, especially in nightclub or bar settings
- Uphold all food safety standards related to food handling and alcohol service
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy hours
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles is highly desirable, including restaurant experience or fine dining background
- Experience working in nightclubs or banquet settings is a plus
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is preferred
- Strong skills in serving, bartending, cash handling, and retail math are advantageous
- Knowledge of food safety procedures and proper food handling techniques is required
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service with a friendly demeanor
