Cleaning Supervisor – Annapolis Valley

Kings Janitorial II Inc. is seeking a reliable and motivated Cleaning Supervisor to oversee commercial cleaning operations throughout the Annapolis Valley.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support cleaning staff.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.
- Train and mentor new employees.
- Cover shifts when required.
- Deliver supplies and equipment to job sites.
- Troubleshoot cleaning concerns and floor cleaning equipment.
- Complete nightly reports and communicate with management.
- Maintain excellent client relationships.
- Ensure company policies, safety standards, and cleaning procedures are followed.
Qualifications
- Previous commercial cleaning experience required.
- Supervisory experience is an asset.
- Experience operating auto scrubbers, burnishers, and other commercial cleaning equipment.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle.
- Ability to obtain a Criminal Record Check and Federal Security Clearance.
- Steel-toe footwear required.
- Flexible to work days, evenings, overnights, and occasional weekends as needed.
- WHMIS Ceriticate or willing to obtain one
