Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Electrical Foreman/Woman to lead and oversee electrical construction projects with energy and precision. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate electrical installation activities, supervise teams, ensure adherence to safety standards, and maintain high-quality workmanship throughout each project. Your expertise will drive project success from start to finish, ensuring all work aligns with blueprints, schematics, and project specifications. Duties
- Lead and supervise electrical crews to complete installations efficiently, safely, and according to project timelines.
- Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to guide installation processes.
- Coordinate with project managers and other trades to ensure seamless workflow and adherence to schedule.
- Oversee quality control measures, ensuring all work meets industry standards and client expectations.
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Primavera P6, and Bluebeam for planning, scheduling, and documentation.
- Manage budgeting aspects related to electrical materials and labor costs while maintaining cost control.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, enforce safety protocols, and address any issues promptly.
Experience
- Proven supervising experience in electrical construction or related fields within the building industry.
- Extensive construction experience with a solid understanding of electrical systems, schematics, and construction estimating.
- Familiarity with construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, and other relevant tools.
- Strong knowledge of quality control procedures, safety regulations, and best practices in construction environments.
- Ability to read blueprints accurately and translate technical drawings into actionable tasks.
- Experience managing budgets effectively while maintaining high standards of workmanship.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and coordinate multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: $80,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
