What This Job Is Really Like
- Outdoor work in summer conditions (heat, humidity, light rain)
- Hands-on physical labour requiring frequent bending, kneeling, lifting grill components, and repetitive scrubbing
- Working with grease, carbon buildup, and heavily used equipment
- Traveling between multiple residential job sites daily
- Direct interaction with homeowners
If you prefer indoor or low-activity work, this role may not be a fit.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Clean and restore BBQs, ovens, and related equipment
- Deliver a professional, friendly customer experience
- Identify upsell and rebooking opportunities
- Follow safety procedures and company standards
- Maintain clean and safe work areas at every job site
Pay & Growth
- Training Technician: $18/hr (3–4 weeks, 2 jobs/day, piece work scheduling)
- Service Technician: $20/hr (3 jobs/day, core earning role,Start a Hands-On, Active Job This Season

What You Bring
- 1+ year customer service experience
- Comfortable with physically demanding, repetitive outdoor work
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Reliable and safety-focused mindset

Requirements
- Valid G Driver’s License
- Reliable vehicle with full daytime access
- Ability to travel between job sites (not transit accessible)
