Job Summary
We are looking for a enthusiastic and dedicated Guitar Instructor to join our music education team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching Guitar, with experience working with students of all ages skill levels, who are passionate about music education and enjoy inspiring students in a fun, supportive, and professional environment.
Duties
- Conduct individual or group Guitar lessons tailored to students’ skill levels and learning styles
- Develop customized lesson plans that incorporate technical skills, music theory, and performance techniques
- Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment to motivate students
- Track student progress and provide constructive feedback to students and parents
- Prepare students for recitals, exams, or performances as needed
- Maintain a well-organized schedule of lessons and communicate effectively with students and parents about lesson plans and progress
- Participate in students recitals to showcase student achievements
- Collaborate with other instructors to ensure a cohesive educational experience
Experience
- Proven tutoring or teaching experience in piano or other musical instruments
- Experience working with children, including understanding early childhood education principles
- Classroom experience or background in education is highly desirable
- Familiarity with teaching methods that engage young learners and adapt to various skill levels
