We’re looking for a working foreman candidate with minimum 5+ years of experience overseeing a diverse range of commercial construction projects, demonstrating proven leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to excellence.

Duties & Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Direct & monitor commercial projects to ensure strict accordance with contract documents, company construction methods, and industry best practices
- Ensure safety compliance on all worksites
- Ensure completion of all daily reports
- Responsible for enforcing all project quality-control policies
- Read blueprints and complete/participate in developing construction plans and schedules prior to project start
- Provide problem-solving solutions to design challenges, including conflicts, unidentified existing interferences, and errors/omissions
- Effectively communicate with colleagues, trades, and representatives
- Lead and support field teams to ensure successful project delivery and craftsmanship
