- Handle waste disposal and recycling procedures efficiently and responsibly.
- Use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and effectively, adhering to safety guidelines at all times.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management for quick resolution.
- Follow health and safety protocols diligently to ensure a safe working environment for all staff and visitors.
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as needed to uphold hygiene standards.
Skills
- Prior custodial or cleaning experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, supplies, and equipment used in commercial cleaning settings.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure thorough cleanliness.
- Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning tasks for extended periods.
