Seeking a skilled, personable Esthetician to join our skincare team. Role includes treatments (facials, waxing, eyelash extensions), retail sales, and front desk support. Growth opportunities and client relationship building are key.
Responsibilities: Must know Threading
- Perform facials, waxing, and eyelash extensions
- Consult clients and recommend products
- Deliver excellent, relaxing service
- Handle front desk tasks (scheduling, check-ins, records)
- Upsell products/services to boost revenue
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation
- Educate clients on skincare routines and other products
- Build relationships to drive loyalty
Experience:
- Licensed/certified Esthetician (state requirement)
- Eyelash extension skills preferred (training available)
- Retail/upselling experience
- Strong customer service & communication skills
- Front desk/reception experience a plus
- Adaptable, attentive, and client-focused
Pay: From $17.60 per hour
