Job Summary
Remodel Masters Construction & Renovations is seeking a dependable, skilled, and motivated Multi-Skilled Renovation Team Member to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an experienced tradesperson who takes pride in quality workmanship and can perform a variety of residential renovation and construction tasks. Successful candidates will work on kitchen, bathroom, basement, and whole-home renovation projects while maintaining our high standards for craftsmanship, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Perform residential renovation and construction work including framing, drywall, painting, flooring, trim, cabinetry installation, and finishing carpentry.
- Assist with kitchen, bathroom, basement, and whole-home remodeling projects.
- Complete demolition, site preparation, and cleanup tasks as required.
- Read and interpret project plans, drawings, and specifications.
- Troubleshoot construction challenges and recommend practical solutions.
- Ensure all work meets company quality standards and applicable building codes.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and professional job site.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, team members, subcontractors, and homeowners.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior team members when required.
- Track materials, tools, and project progress accurately.
- Represent Remodel Masters professionally while working in clients' homes.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of residential renovation, construction, carpentry, or related trade experience.
- Strong knowledge of residential construction methods and building practices.
- Experience with framing, drywall installation and repair, trim work, flooring, painting, and general finishing.
- Ability to safely operate power tools, hand tools, and construction equipment.
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing demanding construction tasks.
- Reliable transportation to travel between job sites.
- Valid G-Class Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in multiple trades (carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, tile, cabinetry, etc.).
- Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge.
- Experience leading small crews or supervising renovation projects.
- Knowledge of Ontario Building Code requirements.
- WHMIS, Working at Heights, or First Aid certifications.
- Experience using project management or construction management software.

Pay: $22.00-$50.00 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Orangeville, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:
- Construction: 3 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Working at Heights (preferred)
- First Aid Certification (preferred)
