SPINEGUYS Chiropractic, Massage & Laser is a busy, patient-focused healthcare clinic dedicated to helping people move better, feel better, and live healthier lives. We're looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Part-Time Chiropractic Office Assistant to join our team.

What You'll Do
As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming and positive experience for everyone who visits our clinic. Responsibilities include:
- Greeting patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
- Scheduling appointments using our computerized office system (ChiroSUITE)
- Answering phones and responding to patient inquiries
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
- Assisting with new patient orientation and onboarding
- Helping maintain an organized, efficient, and comfortable clinic environment
- Supporting our healthcare team with various administrative duties
No chiropractic or ChiroSUITE experience is required—we will provide comprehensive training for the right candidate.

Schedule
28-32 hours per week over 3-4 days:
- Tuesday: Full day
- Wednesday: Afternoon to early evening
- Friday: Full day
- Saturday (3 per month): Morning to early afternoon
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting wage: $20.00 per hour
- Hourly incentive bonus program available after successful completion of the probationary period. (average $5/hour)
