About the Role
We're looking for a Franchise Coordinator for 6 months to will support the effective administration of the franchise team and managing finance-related administrative tasks.
Job Description

Provide administrative support to the franchise team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining records.

Coordinate franchise onboarding, compliance tracking, and communication between franchisees and the corporate office.

Coordinate all Franchise materials and organization in the Franchise Portal

Coordinate the processing of all vendor invoices and tracking payment issues/delays

Assist in managing financial administration, such as processing invoices, reconciling accounts, managing budgets, and tracking expenses.

Maintain and organize confidential financial and franchise documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.

Character Mascot Management (SSC & TT) Lead contact for Mascot Management Companies

Coordinate the shipping and cleaning of all Mascots around the world

Support internal audits, help prepare financial statements, and assist with regulatory compliance requirements.

Respond to franchisee inquiries regarding administrative and financial matters, providing timely and professional assistance.
Qualifications

Post-secondary education in business administration, accounting, or a related field.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, including CoPilot and AI administration tools

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a team environment.

Attention to detail and a high level of confidentiality.

Total Rewards
At WildBrain, we strive for equitable and consistent pay practices within a robust total rewards framework. Compensation may vary within the same role based on experience, performance, specialized expertise, and overall impact.
Compensation: $55,000 - $62,000 CAD. Base salary is part of a total rewards package.
