We are currently looking for Full-Time Ophthalmic Dispensers at our Willow Park, Northgate Village, Beacon Hill and Legacy locations.

The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
- You take frame and facial measurements to ensure correct fit and positioning
- You dispense, adjust, repair, and trouble shoot eyeglasses
- You advise customers through the process of finding the perfect pair of glasses through honest and confident feedback based on style, function, and fit
- You ensure that frame displays are always full, and that product is merchandised to provide our customers with the most amazing experience
- Develop relationships with our patients by providing a level of high-end customer service that exceeds our patient’s expectations
- Ability to deliver outstanding vision care and customer service
- Willingness to learn
- You solve problems with an entrepreneurial mindset, by taking initiative, asking questions, and creating winning results through a combination of proactive and analytic behavior.
