Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases
- Operate POS systems efficiently to process transactions accurately
- Handle cash, credit, and other payment methods with precision
- Provide product information and demonstrations when needed
- Upsell products and promote store promotions to enhance sales
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure product availability
- Answer customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism
- Manage customer returns, exchanges, and resolve any issues promptly
- Keep the checkout area clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth store operations
Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly demeanor
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
- Experience with POS systems and cashiering procedures
- Knowledge of retail sales techniques, including upselling and merchandising

Pay: $15.00-$15.50 per hour
