Prince Auto is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Automotive Sales & Finance Manager to join our growing team.

Position Overview
We are looking for a candidate with automotive sales experience who understands the vehicle sales process and is confident working with customers from initial contact through delivery.
Finance and insurance (F&I) experience is considered an asset but is not required. We are willing to provide training to the right candidate with a strong sales background and a desire to grow into a management and finance role.
What We're Looking For
- Previous automotive sales experience is required
- Finance & Insurance (F&I) experience is an asset but not mandatory
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Ability to work independently and manage leads effectively
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Strong closing and negotiation skills
- Valid driver's license
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle
- Manage sales leads and customer follow-up
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
- Negotiate and close vehicle sales
- Build long-term customer relationships
- Maintain knowledge of inventory and market trends
- Assist with financing and lender submissions (training provided if required)
- Support dealership growth through strong customer service and sales performance
