Position Overview:
We are on the hunt for a skilled and innovative Real Estate Photographer & Videographer who thrives on turning everyday spaces into extraordinary visual narratives. Key Responsibilities:
- Capture Stunning Visuals: Photograph and film properties, ensuring the highest quality images and videos that showcase each property’s unique features.
- Collaborate with Clients: Work closely with clients to understand their vision and deliver exceptional results.
- Creative Vision: Develop concepts and approaches for property shoots to highlight key features and create compelling narratives alongside clients.
- Post-Production Mastery: Edit and finalize photos and videos, incorporating techniques like multi-flash photography, HDR photography, and cinematic videography.
- Equipment Maintenance: Regularly calibrate and maintain cameras, drones, and other equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Stay Current: Keep up with trends in real estate media to bring fresh ideas and techniques to the team.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years in professional photography and videography, with at least 1 year in real estate.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Sony mirrorless/cinema cameras, DJI drones, and video equipment. Familiarity with Sony Log Profiles and LUTs is a plus.
- Drone Certification: Advanced drone license and insurance are required.
- Software Skills: Expertise in Final Cut Pro, Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, and CapCut. Experience with Adobe After Effects is a bonus.
- Creative Flair: Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and visual storytelling.
- Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to capturing and editing visuals.
- Flexibility: Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to varying project demands.
Please note this position requires you to travel to different shoot locations throughout the GTA so a car is required.
Additional Information:
Transparency matters to us. The salary range for this position is $75,000 to $105,000 per year. Actual compensation within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and applicable certifications. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on current market data.
