As a Sales Coordinator, your primary focus will be to interact with customers, other departments and sales representatives to streamline the sales process. This will involve communicating with our customers to keep them up to date on the sales process, provide information to them during the quoting stage or simply put them in contact with the appropriate sales representative. Additionally, the Sales Coordinator will liaise with other departments to ensure that delivery timelines are met and will work hard to keep the customer informed throughout the process. Your goal should be to deliver exceptional customer service during every interaction with the customer.
Your effectiveness will be measured by your ability to meet or exceed KPI’s and objectives set out at the beginning of each fiscal year.
Your core responsibilities will include:
- Being the main point of contact for customers during the sales process
- Communicate updates and delivery timeline changes to customers
- Liaise with the Service Department to ensure delivery timelines are met
- Prepare quotations for sales reps
- Update company CRM based on interactions with customers
- Create work orders and invoice work orders upon completion
- Create, track and receive equipment orders
- Assist in the management of equipment inventory including inventory counts
- Occasionally work outdoors in order to verify equipment serial numbers as part of the receiving process

Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
