Dream Nannies & Caregivers is recruiting for a warm and welcoming family in Vancouver, BC, who is seeking a Full-Time Nanny to provide loving, attentive care for their two adorable children, ages 4.5 years and 10 months. The nanny's primary responsibility will be caring for the family's 10-month-old child. Care for the 4.5-year-old will occasionally be required during Pro-D Days and school closures.
The family is looking for a dependable, nurturing, and experienced nanny who enjoys supporting children's growth and development in a safe, engaging, and loving environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive and nurturing care for the family's children.
- Plan engaging age-appropriate indoor and outdoor activities.
- Support developmental milestones, including baby-led weaning, nap transitions, and emotional development.
- Maintain the children's daily routines, including feeding and nap schedules.
- Prepare healthy meals and snacks for the children.
- Assist with light housekeeping and keeping the children's areas clean and organized.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of childcare experience with verifiable references in Canada.
- Experience caring for infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada and currently residing in the Greater Vancouver area.
- Comfortable working around a friendly medium-sized dog.
- Willing to assist with household duties
Schedule:
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Thursday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Compensation:
Pay: $27.00-$29.00 per hour
