We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Employement Agency. The ideal candidate will play a vital roles in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent across various departments. The HR Recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR partners to ensure a seamless recruitment process, utilizing advanced tools such as ATS, Workday, Lever, iCIMS, and Salesforce. Strong communication skills, negotiation abilities, and experience in employee relations are essential for success in this role.
Duties
- Manage full-cycle recruiting processes from job posting to onboarding for multiple positions across departments.
- Utilize HR sourcing strategies including cold calling, research, and lead generation to identify qualified candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as iCIMS, Workday, Lever, or PeopleSoft to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing plans.
- Negotiate employment offers and facilitate the onboarding process through HRIS platforms like UltiPro or ADP.
- Build talent pipelines through proactive outreach and employer branding initiatives.
- Support employee relations efforts by providing timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
- Conduct research on market trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruiting strategies.
- Assist in training & development initiatives related to recruiting processes and HR policies.
Experience
- Proven experience in recruiting or human resources roles with a strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as iCIMS, Workday, Lever, or PeopleSoft is preferred.
- Experience with HRIS platforms including UltiPro, ADP, or Kronos is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques including cold calling, research methods, and lead generation tools like Lever or Salesforce.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Prior exposure to employee relations, training & development programs, and HR compliance standards is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
