Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated Hotel Housekeeping Staff to maintain the cleanliness and comfort of guest rooms and public areas within our hotel. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to providing exceptional hospitality service. This role is essential in ensuring a positive guest experience through thorough cleaning and upkeep of hotel facilities. Prior experience in hospitality or custodial work is preferred, but training will be provided for the right candidate.
Duties
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and conference rooms
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and according to hotel standards
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to management
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a healthy environment for guests and staff
- Restock amenities like towels, toiletries, and linens as needed
- Adhere to hotel policies regarding guest privacy and confidentiality
Experience
- Previous custodial or cleaning experience is preferred, especially within hotels or hospitality environments
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning tools and techniques is a plus
- Experience in hospitality or customer service roles demonstrates strong attention to detail and professionalism
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Strong work ethic with a focus on efficiency and thoroughness in completing assigned tasks
Pay: $15.35-$17.00 per hour
