About the role
Novaprompt builds AI-powered phone systems for local businesses — an AI receptionist that answers every call 24/7, takes orders or books appointments, and an AI outbound agent that automatically calls leads and books meetings for professionals like mortgage brokers and realtors.
Our product is already live with paying clients. We're looking for motivated, coachable individuals to go out and sign more businesses. You find and close the client — we handle all the technical setup and delivery.
No tech background needed. No sales experience required. We give you the script, the pitch deck, and the demo. You just need to show up and talk to people.
What you'll do
- Reach out to local businesses by phone, email, LinkedIn, or in person
- Pitch business owners using our proven word-for-word script (provided)
- Book and run short demo calls to show the product in action
- Follow up with interested prospects and close the deal
- Hand off signed clients to our team — we take it from there
- Track your outreach and report weekly activity
What we're looking for
- No experience required — we train you from scratch
- Strong communicator, confident on the phone or in person
- Self-motivated — comfortable working without a manager over your shoulder
- Resilient and able to handle rejection and keep pushing
- Goal-oriented — you want to earn based on results, not hours
- Bilingual (any language) is a strong bonus for multicultural markets
