Overview
We are seeking friendly, attentive, and professional Servers to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest service, ensure food safety and sanitation standards, and create a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. Experience in food service and hospitality is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals eager to develop their skills in the food industry. This role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where excellent communication and multitasking are essential.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining presentation standards
- Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering and cash handling procedures
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are maintained at all times
- Assist with food preparation and kitchen tasks as needed to support team operations
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables simultaneously during busy periods
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, tables, and service stations in compliance with sanitation guidelines
- Address guest inquiries promptly, resolving issues to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on hospitality and guest relations
- Basic math skills for handling bills, making change, and processing transactions accurately
- Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and sanitation practices within the food industry
- Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting
- Experience with food preparation or kitchen operations is advantageous but not mandatory
