Overview
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our culinary team. This role is vital in delivering exceptional food experiences by preparing ingredients, cooking dishes to perfection, and supporting the overall kitchen operations. Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and assist with food prep to ensure timely service during busy hours
- Cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards, maintaining consistency and presentation
- Follow food safety protocols and proper handling procedures to ensure hygiene and compliance
- Support the kitchen team in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of workstations
- Assist with inventory management by rotating stock and notifying management of supply needs
- Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent food service experiences for guests
- Adhere to all health regulations and safety guidelines at all times
Requirements
- Prior food preparation or cooking experience in a restaurant or food industry setting
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling techniques
- Experience with serving, meal preparation, and kitchen operations preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong teamwork skills with excellent communication abilities
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- A genuine passion for food service and hospitality excellence
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
