Physiotherapist / Resident Physiotherapist
Build Your Career with One of Hamilton and Stoney Creek’s Fastest-Growing Clinics
Are you a Physiotherapist who wants more than simply a treatment room and a schedule?
Wellspring Health & Wellness is looking for a passionate Registered Physiotherapist or Resident Physiotherapist to join our growing multidisciplinary clinic in Stoney Creek.
With more than 230 five-star Google reviews, recognition as a two-time Canadian Choice Award winner, and a team of five experienced Physiotherapists, Wellspring has become one of the fastest-growing health and wellness clinics in Hamilton and Stoney Creek.
Due to continued patient demand, we are ready to welcome another dedicated Physiotherapist to our team. We are particularly interested in candidates with experience—or a strong desire to develop their skills—in Pediatric Physiotherapy and Vestibular Rehabilitation.
Why Physiotherapists Choose Wellspring
We want our clinicians to spend their time providing excellent patient care—not managing administrative work or worrying about building a caseload from scratch.
You will receive:
- Full front-desk support for scheduling, payments, direct billing and patient communication
- An established and growing patient base with consistent new referrals
- Ongoing clinic investment in advertising, social media marketing and community outreach
- Jane App online booking and electronic charting
- A collaborative team of five experienced Physiotherapists
- Opportunities for internal referrals from Chiropractors, Massage Therapists, Osteopaths, Naturopaths and other healthcare professionals
- Structured onboarding, clinical support and case consultation
- Flexible scheduling and control over your availability
- Free on-site parking
- A positive, approachable and owner-led clinic environment
Grow Your Skills and Your Career
At Wellspring, we want you to develop a career around the areas of physiotherapy that genuinely interest you.
You will have opportunities to:
- Develop a specialized caseload in vestibular rehabilitation, pediatric physiotherapy, pelvic health, TMJ, neurological rehabilitation, musculoskeletal care or another area of interest
- Consult and collaborate with experienced Physiotherapists
- Participate in clinical case discussions and interdisciplinary learning
- Pursue relevant continuing education with support from the clinic
- Create workshops, educational events or specialized treatment programs
- Become involved in mentorship, program development, community education or future leadership opportunities as the clinic continues to grow
Whether you want to focus on becoming an exceptional clinician or gradually become involved in program development and leadership, we want to support your professional goals.
Support for Resident and New-Grad Physiotherapists
New graduates and Resident Physiotherapists are encouraged to apply.
Our established physiotherapy team can provide:
- Structured clinic onboarding
- Support with Jane App charting and clinic procedures
- Opportunities to discuss assessments, treatment planning and challenging cases
- Guidance from experienced Physiotherapists
- Collaboration with clinicians practising in several specialized areas
- Support developing confidence and building a sustainable caseload
Previous vestibular or pediatric experience is an asset, but it is not required for candidates who have a genuine interest in developing these skills.
