Position: HVAC Sales Estimator
Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer solutions? Join our growing team as an HVAC Sales Estimator! Reporting to the HVAC Sales Lead, you’ll play a key role in pricing and managing HVAC products and projects. From analyzing plans and specifications to sourcing the best products and preparing accurate estimates, you’ll help ensure our clients receive the best solutions for their needs.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with the HVAC Sales Lead to prepare equipment estimates based on engineer drawings, bid documents, and manufacturer specifications.
- Manage multiple projects from initial cost estimation through to final quote preparation.
- Develop a deep understanding of product specifications and applications.
- Coordinate with internal teams across departments to ensure seamless project execution.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients through meetings, site visits, and factory tours.

Qualifications
- Diploma in Engineering, HVAC, or Estimation from NAIT or equivalent post-secondary institution (or relevant experience with a high school diploma).
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- 2+ years of experience in project management and/or estimation preferred.
Compensation
- Wage will be determined and reviewed based on the candidate's credentials, experience, and qualifications
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $50,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
