We are hiring for Hosts/Hostesses and Expos—two essential roles that work together to create a seamless and exceptional guest experience.
About the Role
As a Host/Hostess at Bo’s, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing a warm and friendly welcome while ensuring smooth flow through the front of house.
As an Expo, you will be the critical link between the kitchen and the floor team, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of food to guests. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values teamwork and communication.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Host/Hostess Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet guests in a friendly and timely manner.
- Assist with FOH (Front of House) floor duties.
- Organize and streamline table bookings and seating systems.
- Assist with door responsibilities for events and shows.
Expo Responsibilities:
- Run food from the kitchen to guests with precision and efficiency.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure orders are accurate and timely.
- Maintain clear and open communication between the kitchen and FOH staff.
- Manage the pass (expo station) during service to ensure smooth food delivery.
- Support FOH team during show nights to handle high-volume service.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be 18 years of age or older to apply.
- Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays.
