Candidates with driver's licenses and/or their own vehicles are preferred. No experience needed, training will be provided.
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaners and/or Maintenance Crew to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for clients, guests, and staff.
Cleaning Duties:
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas including floors, surfaces, windows, and restrooms
- Use cleaning equipment and supplies effectively to ensure optimal results
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas such as lobbies, hallways, and meeting rooms
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and other amenities as needed
- Follow safety procedures and proper handling of cleaning chemicals
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Adhere to established cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Must be comfortable operating powered vehicles (golf carts/4x4s)
Maintenance Crew Duties
- Perform basic lawn care services when needed and garbage removal
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting, bending, working long hours outdoors)
- Stamina to work in varying weather conditions (heat, humidity, light rain)
- Strong attention to detail for consistent lawn appearance and edging quality
- Must be comfortable operating powered vehicles (golf carts/4x4s)
Experience
- No experience needed, you will be trained on-site. However, any past experiences are a plus such as candidates with prior knowledge and skills in cleaning and/or landscaping roles.
Successful candidates will be required to complete a background check, fully covered by the company. Applicants must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
Pay: $20.00-$22.50 per hour
