We are seeking a dedicated Operations & Safety Coordinator to join our team in High River. This role is vital in supporting both our operations and safety administration to ensure smooth daily workflow across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Operations - Source third party spot freight using Loadlink and partner carriers, dispatch administrative functions, provide coverage for operational roles as required.
- Onsite Safety Coordinator - Participate in Health and Safety Committee and maintain / update safety boards, support incident reporting including submitting WCB claims, Maintain COR Audit documentation and assist with annual internal COR Audits.
- Office Adminstration - Coordinate corporate events and customer-facing functions, Manage building access systems, Order and Maintain office supplies, Reconcile internal and external shop work orders and stock receipts, Complete
- Visa reconciliations and communicate internal memos, events, and statutory reminders to office staff, manage the companies social media channels.
- Onsite HR Support - Monitor onboarding checklists and follow up on outstanding items to keep the onboarding process on track, Collaborate with Fleet Operations Admin for fuel card activation, Conduct group insurance orientation.
