Job Description:
As a Grazing Table & Catering Assistant, you’ll work closely with our catering team to prepare, style, and deliver gorgeous grazing displays. This role is ideal for someone who loves food styling, is organized, thrives in fast-paced environments, and doesn’t mind getting a little hands-on and creative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and assembly of grazing boards and tables
- Answer emails/minimal admin work
- Support setup and takedown of events on- and off-site
- Maintain presentation quality and adhere to food safety standards
- Help source, portion, and prep ingredients ahead of events
- Load and unload deliveries and supplies
- Contribute ideas to new board/table designs and seasonal menus
What We’re Looking For:
- Passion for food presentation, aesthetics, and hospitality
- Strong attention to detail and creative eye
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Comfortable lifting and moving event materials (up to 40 lbs)
- Bonus: experience in catering, hospitality, or culinary arts

Part-time with flexible hours depending on event schedule (25-335 hrs/week)
Opportunities for increased hours during peak seasons

$21/hour depending on experience
