We are looking for driven, energetic, and professional sales representatives to join our growing HVAC team in St. Johns, NL
This is a warm-lead, in-home closing role focused on residential heat pumps and HVAC solutions. You’ll meet with homeowners who have already expressed interest through inbound inquiries, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
HVAC knowledge and/or HVAC sales experience is required.
What You’ll Do:
- Run pre-qualified in-home appointments.
- Educate homeowners on HVAC systems, rebates, financing, and energy savings.
- Recommend solutions tailored to each home.
- Build trust and close sales.
- Maintain follow-up and pipeline management.
- Work with operations and install teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

- Professional and confident in-home.
- Previous in-home sales experience required.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
