Overview
We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth daily operations within our office environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, proficiency with office software, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently. Experience in medical or dental offices is a plus, but not required. Duties
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing exceptional customer service
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and taking detailed messages
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
- Perform data entry with accuracy into QuickBooks and other relevant software systems
- Handle filing, document management, and record keeping to ensure organized office operations
- Assist with billing, bookkeeping, and basic financial tasks as needed
- Support administrative tasks such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and preparing reports
- Maintain a clean and professional front desk area to promote a welcoming environment
- Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and communication
Experience
- Prior clerical or administrative experience preferred, especially in medical or dental office settings
- Familiarity with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), and Google Workspace applications
- Strong computer skills including data entry, document proofreading, and file management
- Excellent phone etiquette with experience handling multi-line phone systems and customer support interactions
- Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with front desk operations, including appointment scheduling and patient or client interactions is desirable
- Knowledge of medical or dental office procedures is a plus but not mandatory
- Previous experience in bookkeeping or basic financial recordkeeping is advantageous

Pay: $15.53-$20.00 per hour
