Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Assistant General Manager to join our team at Salt and Brick. As an Assistant General Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for delivering excellent hospitality and service. Responsibilities: - Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor - Assist customers with their purchases and provide product information - Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately - Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions with precision - Maintain a clean and organized checkout area - Assist in food preparation and packaging as needed - Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain proper sanitation standards - Assist in stocking shelves and maintaining inventory levels - Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations Experience: - Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred - Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately -
Familiarity with POS systems is a plus - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members - Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
