Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our Central Office team. This position plays a critical role in supporting payroll, employee administration, benefits, onboarding, record keeping, and day-to-day office operations across multiple hospitality venues.
What You'll Do
Payroll & Employee Administration
- Support payroll processing through Ceridian Dayforce
- Maintain employee records and documentation
- Process employee status changes and wage updates
- Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries
- Coordinate onboarding paperwork and new hire documentation
Administrative Support
- Manage office correspondence, filing, and records
- Prepare reports and maintain databases
- Coordinate office supplies and service providers
- Assist with company projects and special initiatives
- Support venue managers with administrative requests
Systems Administration
- Maintain employee information within Dayforce
- Support scheduling administration through 7shifts
- Assist with invoice and supplier management through MarginEdge
- Maintain organized digital filing systems within Google Workspace
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with payroll, bookkeeping, or HR administration is considered an asset
