Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pool Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and a passion for maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces. As a Pool Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that pools are clean, safe, and functioning properly while also contributing to repair tasks as needed.
Responsibilities
- Open and close customer pool providing exceptional customer service
- Perform routine maintenance on swimming pools, spas and water features, including cleaning, chemical balancing, and equipment inspections.
- Troubleshoot and repair pool equipment such as pumps, filters, and heaters.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to perform repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards while working around pools and operating company equipment
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and communicate effectively with clients regarding their pool needs.
Qualifications
- Holds G license and provides a clean drivers abstract for insurability
- Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in pool maintenance or related fields preferred.
- Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in maintenance tasks.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various types of weather.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients professionally.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor tasks including lifting, digging, and standing for extended periods.

Pay range is based on experience $18.50-$25 . Compensation offered may include commission, bonus, company vehicle, retention bonus
Pay: $18.50-$25.00 per hour
