Job Summary
We are seeking a Remote Project Lead for a direct hire opportunity supporting logistics and construction-related project activity within the industrial facilities and infrastructure sector. The Remote Project Lead will act as the primary point of contact between customers, suppliers, site supervisors, carriers, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities
- Lead project planning activities, including kickoff calls, project timelines, risk assessment, shipment coordination, and stakeholder communication.
- Serve as the main point of contact for project management-related issues across customers, suppliers, site supervisors, carriers, and internal teams.
- Coordinate order placement, inventory management, cross-dock activity, final mile delivery, shipment milestones, and carrier execution using TRACT systems.
- Create transport agreements, advanced shipment records, and commercial shipping documents to support domestic and international logistics, customs, export, and import activities.
- Manage OS&D claims, supplier performance, invoice follow-up, and project documentation to ensure accurate execution and financial visibility.
- Participate in internal and external process review meetings, analyze performance metrics and costs, and recommend continuous improvement opportunities.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $65,000 to $70,000 per year.
