Woody’s RV World Abbotsford & Get Away RV are looking for an experienced Finance/Business Manager to join our growing team.
As BC’s largest RV dealership, and with the recent acquisition of Get Away RV, we continue to expand our operations and are seeking a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced, customer focused sales environment.
With one of the most extensive RV inventories in Western Canada – from lightweight tent trailers to luxury diesel motorhomes – we help customers find the perfect RV lifestyle solution while delivering an exceptional purchasing experience.
About the Role
As a Financing Manager, you will play a key role in helping customers secure financing and protection products while ensuring a seamless and professional purchase process. Working closely with our sales team and lending partners, you will maximize customer satisfaction, maintain compliance standards, and contribute to the dealership’s continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of dealership financing and insurance products
- Present financing options, extended warranties, and protection products to customers
- Work closely with sales and lending partners to secure approvals
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory and dealership standards
- Deliver a high level of customer service aligned with our “Level 10” reputation
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Finance Manager, Business Manager, or F&I Manager in automotive or RV dealership sales environment
- Strong understanding of lending, leasing, and insurance products
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and performance targets
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Customer-focused mindset with exceptional attention to detail
