SEG is a full-service sign and graphics company specializing in vehicle wraps, fleet graphics, signage, decals, and custom branded solutions. We pride ourselves on producing high-quality work while maintaining a positive, team-focused work environment.
We're looking for preferably an experienced Wide Format Production member to help in our day to day operations. This is a hands-on role best suited for someone who has previous experience in the sign and graphics industry & also enjoys producing quality work with a high attention to detail.
Responsibilities
* Complete production finishing tasks including laminating, trimming, cutting, weeding, premasking and assembly
* Perform quality control inspections to ensure finished products meet company standards and match approved renderings
* Package, label, organize, and prepare completed jobs for installation or customer pick up
* Maintain accurate work orders and communicate job status with the production, design, scheduling, and install teams
* Operate and maintain production equipment such as laminators, vinyl cutters, roller tables, and various hand tools
* Work with a variety of vinyl films, print media, laminates, and sign substrates
* Assist installers with vehicle graphics, sign installs, post heating, deliveries, vehicle shuttling, and the occasional off-site install
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment
* Assist with other production related duties as required
Qualifications
* Some previous experience in the sign, print, vehicle graphics or wrap industry is required
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
* Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast paced environment
* Comfortable operating production equipment and using common hand tools
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Valid drivers license is considered an asset
Physical Requirements
* Ability to lift up to 50lbs
* Comfortable standing, bending, and moving throughout the work day
Compensation & Benefits
* Full-time permanent position
* $22-$27 per hour based on qualifications and experience
* 3-month probation period
