Position: Assistant General Manager
Location: Lawrence Park North
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant General Manager to help oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our facility. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fitness, excellent leadership skills, great organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Operational Management: Assist in day-to-day operations of the gym, including facility maintenance, equipment upkeep, and inventory management.
- Customer Experience: Maintain high standards of customer service. Address member inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and effectively.
- Sales and Marketing Support: Promote gym memberships, special programs, and events. Drive membership sales and retention initiatives, help manage Social Media
- Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Implement and oversee safety protocols and cleaning procedures.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a managerial role within the fitness industry or related field.
- Strong Organizational and communication skills.
- Proven ability to handle customer relations, and drive sales.
- Knowledge of fitness equipment, health, and safety regulations.
-Personal Training Knowledge/Certification is a huge bonus
-Social Media Knowledge is a bonus

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- Management or Personal Training: 1 year (preferred)
