Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail team. Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to customers, highlighting benefits and technical specifications
- Engage in upselling and cross-selling to maximize sales opportunities
- Operate POS systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and processing payments
- Maintain organized merchandising displays that attract customers and promote products effectively
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction
- Manage time efficiently to assist multiple customers during busy periods
- Support store operations by performing cashier duties, restocking shelves, and maintaining cleanliness
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales, technology sales, or customer service is preferred
- Multilingual or bilingual skills (e.g., English plus additional languages) are a plus for serving diverse customer bases
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math skills for transactions
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively convey product information and build rapport with customers
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with merchandising, product demos, and upselling techniques will be advantageous
- Ability to work well within a team while independently managing customer interactions
