Position Summary
We are currently looking for an experienced and reliable Skilled Construction Worker with strong exterior building repairs and siding installation experience to join our team. The ideal candidate has their working at heights safety course, takes safety seriously, and is able to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and replace various siding systems
- Perform exterior construction and renovation work on condominium buildings
- Safely work at heights using ladders, scaffolding, swing stages, and lifts
- Follow project plans, specifications, and safety procedures
- Work collaboratively with crew members and site supervisors
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite
- Communicate professionally with supervisors, property managers, and residents when required
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and project timelines

- A clean drivers licence.

- A valid Working at Heights Safety Certificate.
Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
