We are currently hiring for the position of:
Loyalty Representative, 50/50
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Loyalty Lifecycle Marketing & Innovation, the Loyalty Representative will support the planning and execution of TIFF’s Festival 50/50 campaign. This role leads key administrative functions for in-person sales, coordinates promotional and prize-related assets, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to support sales touchpoints, staff training, and overall campaign delivery.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead administrative responsibilities of 50/50 in-person sales, including but not limited to; creating staff schedules for in-person sales representatives, coordinating delivery of printed material and signage to off-site locations, and set up and tear down of physical sales locations.
Support on 50/50 and Membership marketing campaign development and deployment across sales touchpoints, including emails, SMS, and social posts.
Collect and organize marketing assets for 50/50 prizes from partners including approved prize descriptions and photos.
Coordinate fulfillment of early bird prizes with winners.
Support in the training of Festival roaming sales staff and volunteers.
Lead scheduling and supervision of Festival sales staff.
Compile 50/50 performance metrics and sales tracking.
Other duties as assigned.

Rate of pay: $21.50/hour

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Experience in customer service environments and/or, experience managing others and/or, experience in email marketing.
Interest in working on TIFF’s fundraising 50/50 campaign.
Ability to learn quickly, take initiative, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Ability to multitask, prioritizing as necessary, with high attention to detail and follow-through.
Strong interpersonal, relationship building, and communication skills with a kind and professional manner.
Strong tact and judgment, exercising discretion and the ability to escalate concerns to Management when needed.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
Familiarity with Photoshop, Canva, and Mailchimp is considered an asset.
