Archers Arena, a leading sports facility specializing in archery, seeks a dedicated and skilled Sports Coach to join our team. As a coach you will instruct customers on archery game play, safety, and rules, offering feedback to improve their skills. They will also guide customers in Nerf Wars, troubleshooting blaster issues, and ensuring safety during Bubble Soccer Sessions. Implementing the WoW experience strategy, the coach will enhance players' enjoyment and act as a lively referee, bringing high energy to the sessions. Being an Arena Coach is vital to the customer experience.
With competitive base pay of $17.60-25/hr + tips!
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Customers how to play Archery Tag, Nerf Wars, Bubble Soccer, Saber Wars, Dodgeball
- Referee and supervise players during matches
- Capture photos of customers for memorable moments
- Collect and provide customer feedback to the marketing team
- Create and manage tournaments and leagues for competitive players
- Involve customers in generating new game modes through feedback
- Clean equipment, (bows, foam-tipped arrows, masks, toy guns, and Bubble Soccer)
- Maintain facility operations and cleanliness
- Provide day-to-day conflict resolution and excellent customer service
Qualifications:
- Passion for sports and combat archery
- Physical endurance, and athleticism
- Excellent interpersonal, communication skills, leadership and public speaking experience
- Great Sense of Humor
- Proficiency in social media platforms for content creation
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Archery experience is an asset
- First Aid Certificate is an asset
