Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Farm Labourer to join our team. This role involves supporting daily farm operations, maintaining animal health, and assisting with various manual tasks essential to farm productivity. The ideal candidate will have a valid drivers licence, cattle experience, a strong work ethic, physical stamina, and an interest in farming practices. We are a drug and alcohol free worksite, as equipment is regularly used in daily operations.
Duties
- Animal Husbandry - recognizing an animals state of health and proper treatment protocols
- Moving livestock
- Feeding, watering, bedding livestock
- Maintain farm equipment and tools, including basic mechanical repairs when necessary
- Assist in maintaining farm infrastructure such as fences, pathways, and storage areas
- Physical strength for heavy lifting and prolonged outdoor work in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to follow safety protocols on the farm. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in agriculture and outdoor manual labor.
