Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and personable Experienced Nurse Injector to join our esteemed Med Spa team on a part-time or full-time basis. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in aesthetic injections and be passionate about providing exceptional patient care. This role involves administering injectables, engaging with clients, and supporting the overall guest experience in a professional and welcoming environment. The Nurse Injector will play a vital role in helping clients achieve their aesthetic goals while ensuring safety, sanitation, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Administer Botox, dermal fillers, and other injectable treatments with precision and care
- Consult with clients to understand their aesthetic goals and recommend appropriate treatments
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols, sanitation standards, and medical guidelines
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and address any questions or concerns
- Support front desk operations including scheduling appointments and managing client flow
- Assist with product demos, retail sales, and upselling skincare products and treatments
- Ensure the treatment area is clean, organized, and compliant with health regulations
- Provide excellent guest services by creating a welcoming environment and fostering client relationships
- Collaborate with team members to promote a positive spa atmosphere and support marketing initiatives such as social media or special events
Skills
- Valid nursing license with experience in aesthetic or cosmetic injections preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and infection control procedures in a medical spa setting
- Excellent communication skills to educate clients about treatments and products
- Experience in retail sales, upselling, or product demos is a plus
- Ability to manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling and guest services
- Professional demeanor with a focus on guest satisfaction and safety
