We are seeking a skilled and certified Red Seal Automotive Mechanic to join our team in Vancouver. The ideal candidate is experienced, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of vehicles
- Perform routine maintenance services
- Conduct advanced diagnostics using modern tools and equipment
- Identify mechanical issues and recommend appropriate repairs
- Complete work orders accurately and efficiently
- Ensure all work meets safety and manufacturer standards
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers when required
Requirements
- Valid Red Seal Certification
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in automotive repair
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with electronic diagnostic tools and systems
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Assets
- Experience working in a dealership or high-volume shop
- Knowledge of hybrid or electric vehicles
