Job description
Key Responsibilities:
Provide a high level of customer service by establishing contact, greeting customers and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain and balance a float while on shift and counting cash drawer at end of shift, reporting and accounting for any discrepancies.
initiates opportunities for additional sales.
Faces and displays merchandise.
Ensures products are scanning correctly and advises management of any discrepancies.
Demonstrate a high level of professional and ethical standards by adhering to all Company policies and procedures.
Assists in receiving and storing products according to Company policy. Must be able to lift 15 to 20 lbs.
Maintains the privacy and confidentiality of all sales and related information for Urban Cellars.
Attends seminars to increase product knowledge and service levels as required.
We want our team members to have:
Previous cashier experience in a fast paced environment.
Previous customer service experience.
Experience working in the retail or hospitality liquor industries.
Good math and problem solving skills.
Open availability and flexibility to work nights and weekends.
Requirements:
Must be 19+years of age.
Must have Serving it Right certification.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Work days:
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- sales: 1 year (preferred)
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
