About the Opportunity
We are currently expanding our company to the Calgary region and are looking for an Outside Sales Rep/Comfort Advisor to join our team. As a comfort advisor you will be selling residential plumbing and HVAC equipment. This position is ideal for a goal oriented individual, who want to be in charge of their own earnings! This is NOT a door-to-door or cold calling position. As a Comfort Advisor with MILANI it is your job to sell and that is it! We take care of all the hard stuff for you, no appointment setting or scheduling installations we have a team that does all of that for you.
Job Duties:
· Quote on products and installation
· Have general knowledge of Heating and Air Conditioning
· Coordinate through the sales team consultation appointments
· Occasional Weekend work
· Provide exceptional Customer Service
· Stay up to date on new product(s)
Education, Experience, and Language:
· Min. 2 years of relevant experience in the field or 5 years of exceptional sales record
· Must be functional in English. Speaking Mandarin and/or Cantonese is an asset
Skills Requirements:
· Excellent communication skills are required.
· The ability to upsell
· Quick learner
· Ability to memorize product knowledge
· Clean, safe driving record.
· Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
· High integrity with advanced social skills and ability to make solid connections.
