Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Customer Service Representative with strong communication abilities and proven experience handling customer interactions in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and efficiency
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely manner
- Resolve customer issues, complaints, and order concerns effectively
- Process damage claims accurately
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the best possible customer service
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of customer service experience required
- Strong phone communication skills are a must
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Experience in the lighting, home décor, or design industry is an asset
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
