The Opportunity
Are you ready to fully use your potential and take the next step in your sales career? We are seeking an experienced Cosmetic Sales Representative to grow our presence in the Greater Toronto Area and strengthen long-term partnerships within the professional aesthetics industry.
This role is ideal for a driven, consultative salesperson who thrives in relationship-based selling and wants to represent prestigious, exclusive brands.
Key Responsibilities
Territory & Business Development
- Grow existing business within an assigned geographic territory
- Prospect, cold call, and open new customer accounts
- Drive new sales that convert into lasting client relationships
Account Management & Consulting
- Develop trusted relationships with a portfolio of key clients
- Gain an in-depth understanding of customer needs and business objectives
- Provide tailored solutions that support client growth and success
- Expand existing accounts by continually introducing relevant products and services
Customer Experience & Collaboration
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services
- Act as the main communication link between clients and head office
- Resolve customer issues and manage concerns professionally
- Work closely with inside sales and operations to ensure efficient order processing
Reporting & Performance
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Prepare regular progress, forecast, and key account reports
Skills & Qualifications

- Proven ability to open new accounts and grow existing ones
- Passion for sales and consultative selling
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills

- Consistent performer with a strong drive to exceed goals
Experience & Education
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, including new account development
- At least 10 years in the professional skincare industry
- Diploma or degree in aesthetics or medical aesthetics
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
